About Money Beat
There are two reasons I decided to start Money Beat. First, it’s a place for me to keep track of my financial development. I’ve learned a lot about money, budgeting, spending and more in the past year, and this is a way to record my growth. Second, it’s a way for me to share what I’ve learned with others.
I don’t anticipate a huge readership for this site, but hopefully the information I share will be of benefit to some.
About Me
I would consider myself a pretty average guy. I have a wife and two kids, my wife and I both work, we have a mortgage, etc. I am no finance expert, by any means. There are many areas of the finance world that I have yet to explore, such as the stock market. I’ve simply become fascinated (maybe even obsessed) with managing my finances over the past year, and I want to share what I can with others.
